Would you like to learn Ashtanga Yoga? Perhaps you are completely new to yoga and would like to start but you aren’t sure where. This is a great introduction to Yoga and the Ashtanga Yoga practice. No yoga experience is required, just an open mind and enthusiasm and we will teach you the rest.
In this course you will learn and move step by step through the fundamental postures of the ashtanga primary series sequence, with detailed instruction, tips and techniques to enhance and build on your practice.

We are a really lovely small studio based in The Hidden Lane in Finnieston, Glasgow and we specialise in Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga. You won’t get lost in large class sizes as numbers are limited. We are a small team of passionate yoga teachers and we would love to help you learn this incredible practice and be a part of your yoga journey.
