Hatha yoga is the tradition from which all modern forms of yoga stem, it includes postures, breathing exercises and meditation and is for anyone who is looking for a slow and intentional practice. We take our time moving in and out of postures, helping to build both strength and flexibility in a mindful way. The use of props is encouraged!!. This class is open to all levels of students, the sequencing is both dynamic and relaxing.
